> Arizona Microcredit Initiative (AMI) is a student-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Phoenix, Arizona. AMI empowers local entrepreneurs and small businesses with low-interest microloans, free one-on-one business consulting, and business education. Tagline: "Take the initiative."

## What AMI does

- **Microloans**: low-interest small business loans for Arizona entrepreneurs who may not qualify for traditional financing. Apply at /loan-application.
- **Consulting**: free, one-on-one business consulting for local businesses in any phase, from startup to expansion. Book at /consulting.
- **Education**: free practical business education - guides, resources, and workshops - at /education.
- **Competitions**: the West Valley Pitch Competition (a share of $10,000, /pitch-comp) and the Integro Bank Foundation Logo Competition (/logo-comp).
